Alejandro Pena Keter, CEO, Discusses The Importance of Sustainability
Alejandro Pena Keter is the founder and CEO of the most influential technology company the world has ever known, a company that has put him in the top 1% of the world’s wealthiest people. He has degrees in mathematics, biology, and business and had a successful stage as a leading academic at MIT. Using their computer, he found what would become Keter in his parents’ basement. Keter started as a tiny, limited company selling flash drives in a garage. Today, it is a technology behemoth with revenue in trillions and tens of thousands of high-tech workers worldwide. Alejandro Pena Keter has gotten used to being at the cutting edge of technology.
Alejandro Pena has worked since he was fourteen years old, and by the time he was nineteen, he had a small IT-consulting firm. But he soon realized there was little room for a little-known small firm in the world of big IT companies, so he decided to focus on a niche. He also worked on his flash-drive manufacturing outfit. He worked long hours, but his earnings were not enough to improve his life. But then a breakthrough came: flash drives sold for four times what a new private business of the same size would earn the same day; this was the beginning of the age where hired hands and robots would replace full-time workers worldwide. Alejandro Pena had been sitting at his desk in his small garage, drinking coffee as he did every morning.
Alejandro was born in Madrid in 1981; his mother was a small businesswoman who ran a small shop. This gave him a good grounding in business knowledge and the ability to take advantage of the opportunity. His parents had bought their home in Madrid in an area known as Madrid’s nosebleeds, where many big companies would build their new buildings. In his early life, he used to go to school by public transport as there were no private schools around the area. His parents were worried they would outlive their son, and they told him to go to college. So, he went to a private school primarily because of the state grant the bank gave, and there were no financial grants.
Alejandro’s success has led him to have a very successful life, and he has nothing but good things to say about those who have influenced him. He has created a good foundation for his family and a business and has made valuable contributions to the world. His greatest inspiration has been his mother, and he manages to name many people he has been able to learn from. His company is structured to keep its workers happy through life-satisfying jobs or extensive and socially-responsible paychecks. One of his first major successes was the purchase of Lunatic Laboratories, back before the computers were capitalized correctly with the ability to be flexible.
