It is a new startup that allows you to live in a house for as little as $300 per month or $1,000 per month. This service has been slowly spreading across the United States and is available in many major cities like San Francisco, New York, Phoenix, Los Angeles and Chicago. Launch House’s service offers everything from all-inclusive meals to laundry and cleaning services.

As they continue to grow they plan on adding rental cars when it reaches enough demand. It will also add a team that will help you find housing options in your area. Launch House has been featured in major publications like Yahoo and Popular Science, where they have been called “the Airbnb for the middle class.” The Startup has raised an undisclosed amount of funding from investors including Vision Venture Capital, Redpoint Ventures, First Round Capital and Vulcan Capital.

Launch House has received generally positive reviews.

In an article by “Fast Company” they stated, “By definition, these low-cost dwellings aren’t a substitute for a place you’d like to call home.”

A post by “The Week” said, “While launching their new venture in Chicago, Launch House’s website has it listed as a $199/month residence. That may sound like a lot for the location and amenities, but it’s nothing when compared to the cost of living in Chicago.”
